Class Information

Class registration begins on Monday, August 11th!

The Group Fitness Classes offered are part of the Drop-In Fall Schedule, which means you pay a one-time fee and can attend any class on the schedule throughout the semester!

Cards are sold at the Rec Sports Cashier's Window as follows:

  • Students - $65
  • Faculty/Staff - $80
  • Alumni - $95

30 Minute Miracle + Abs

Class Description:
This class is short on time but not on intensity...in only 30 minutes you will tone all of your major muscle groups and get a great workout. Plus you will get a bonus abs...
